Yvonne Rooijakkers

Head of Rabo Fund & Co

Yvonne joined the RCI team in September 2018 and is responsible for Co-Investments. Yvonne is focused on Co-Investing alongside professional partners, supporting companies active in F&A chains globally and successful companies in the Netherlands. Prior to RCI, Yvonne gained 12 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), bringing relevant deal experience to efficiently execute co-investment processes as well as an extensive network to bring relevant (sector-related) value to portfolio companies and partners. From 2011-2018, she worked at Rabobank M&A where she led a variety of F&A transactions and was also responsible for Dairy M&A coverage. Prior to that, she worked at the M&A team of ING in London (2006-2010). Yvonne has a Master’s degree in International Business (Finance track) from the University of Maastricht and passed all levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.

Executive Director

Wouter van der Geest joined Rabobank in 2019, focusing on global Funds and Co-Investments in the Food & Agri sector as well as local investments in the Netherlands across all sectors. Before joining Rabobank he was a Senior Investment Manager at PGGM Private Equity, where he was responsible for the Fund and Co-Investment coverage in Asia as well as leading Co-Investments in the healthcare sector globally. Before PGGM he worked at KPMG Corporate Finance for eight years. Wouter holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in econometrics from the Vrije Universiteit in the Netherlands.
